The front desk staff and the schedulers need some training or an overhaul! There have been at least 3 instances in which my mother's appointments have been rescheduled without notifying her. When we get to the office at the wrong appointment time, because it was rescheduled without telling us, no one accepts the blame they act like we are mistaken. I am leaving this review as a caregiver for my mother, who has health with serious psychiatric conditions for since she was 13 years old, and she is now 68. She has a long history of trauma and has been on disability for decades, she's been treated by several psychiatrists. I've been involved in her care for many years, so I've seen what works, what doesn't, the ups and downs. Facebook seniors it's a great place for friends and family they take it all your needs including emergency needs I highly recommend no kids no long waiting they come through the door and I like that
One of the things I love about oak tree is that their primary senior citizens for me means that I don’t have to be around a bunch of kids with snotty lol noses . That’s not being cruel towards children. It’s just something that I enjoy when I go to the doctor as opposed to when I was younger, and I had to deal with the children.
