Most of staff are uncaring, deceitful and unprofessional. Better not need something faxed or signed. It won't happen! The doctor (my doctor) who was treating me at the time told me that "it's no skin off her nose" regarding my medical problems & treatment. Truth is, I realize that, but to hear her say it made me feel "some kind of way." I no longer wanted to be her patient after that.
