I have been advocating for my mom and this experience at Oak Tree has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. When we call we barely get a response. There's medication we requested that we still haven't received. When my mom was under the care of Nazareth hospital for months, the nurse that came out multiple times a week couldn't even get them to respond to her messages. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a refill on my diabetes medicine. I had to do without for 2 days. The staff is not efficient at all. I had to borrow money to pay for my prescription at the neighborhood pharmacy. I usually get my meds from the VA. The nurse told me she doesn’t have time to sit on the phone and wait for the pharmacy to answer the phone.
