RecommendedI started going to Oak Street because I was finding it harder to get in to see my other pcp with Oak Street I find it easier to easier to not only see my pcp but they also have transposition to take you to see the doctor I find this very helpful to me but the doctor’s are very nice and they listen to you and what you are saying about what’s going on with you also
if they can't have a local Doctor do their Daily TV Adds(*M-F on chan 23) instead of a Chicago Doctor, why would I go to them? and you can't see any information on this Facebook Page
I am a new patient in the Rockford Illinois office and I have been very satisfied with the care I have received! The office staff is very kind and concerned and my physician Dr. Leslie Dean is a treasure! I highly recommend you give Oak Street a try!
