I’m going to Oak St.Health for my primary care. I had the best experience with all of the staff. I did not have transportation to get there or back home and they provided transportation for me. Everything I needed from them they provided. I’m so happy I’m a part of their family.
My ex- husband goes to Oak Street they take good care of him. His professional advocate is real caring, and very precise explaining what he needs too do, and not to do. I do appreciate her she make make my job easier.
