My brother passed away last year. I have limited family or friend support. It was even more limited during this time. I have had great experiences at my location, the Doctors and Nurses and especially the office manager such a wonderful person. One unfortunate experience was on a very cold rainy day there was no heat in the transport that was sent for me. No fault of the driver ,who was super apologetic. Upon arriving at the office I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk, she apologized saying it’s the only vehicle that is available, I then asked her if I would have to travel back home In that same vehicle, her response was ... read more
