This place I don't know. They seem helpful to a certain point. It's like they start but don't finish. Dr. Butt is useless. Again, they start but don't finish. He's supposed to get my medical records from my last primary, but he never did. The girls at the front desk- you say Good morning or Have a good day, and crickets. I wasn't happy with this place. They also claim to have called you, but they never did.
My doctor is very thorough and very professional
I am a Patient of Oak Street Health I love the fact that they are 24hrs, someone is always available in case that I am not feeling well someone is there to talk to that could direct me in the right path also it is very easy to get appointment
It's too early in the process for me to make an informed judgement on care and services that I received. All I can say is that all has gone smoothly as I await the results of my initial blood tests and meet with my PCP.
