I am a Patient of Oak Street Health I love the fact that they are 24hrs, someone is always available in case that I am not feeling well someone is there to talk to that could direct me in the right path also it is very easy to get appointment
It's too early in the process for me to make an informed judgement on care and services that I received. All I can say is that all has gone smoothly as I await the results of my initial blood tests and meet with my PCP.
My brother passed away last year. I have limited family or friend support. It was even more limited during this time. I had one frIend who I did talk to who help me realize that I needed more support. So I was able to get a therapist through Oak Street to talk with me for a series of phone seesions to help me deal with my emotions and the initial grief I encountered. I have had great experiences at my location, the Doctors and Nurses and especially the office manager such a wonderful person. One unfortunate experience was on a very cold rainy day there was no heat in the transport that was sent for me. No fault of the driver ,who was super apologetic. Upon arriving at the office I explained the situation to the lady at the front desk, she apologized saying it’s the only vehicle that is available, I then asked her if I would have to travel back home In that same vehicle, her response was ... read more
