If I could give zero stars I could the most dirtiest run down clinic there is seen a roach fall off wall as my mom was being taken back I grabbed her and said cmon let’s go the manager harassed us and begged us to come back in and said it came in through the back as I check reviews I see there’s an infestation as I ride around facility after we leave there’s nothing but abandon buildings dead rats and trash we have now established care with iu health may I say the young lady was extremely rude I feel bad for her MA on staff ... read more
