I would NOT take a dog to Oak Street! You would do better just go to St. Vincent’s or Eskenazi Health even IU is better than this. If you don’t have someone to speak or advocate for you, you will be screwed. They will cut you off your pain meds without ANY NOTICE FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT ANY DISCUSSION leaving you in a world of misery because they can!
