Not getting the same good care I got when I first started here since my first Doctor Rockett left. I can’t even get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. I have called multiple times to the doctors office but there’s always an excuse. Also most important thing is that they are supposed to send referral over to my kidney specialist and that has not been done. I’m so done with this place.
I hate leaving negative reviews, but I hope this brings attention to a serious issue. My grandmother’s primary care provider is leaving the practice, and unfortunately this isn’t the first provider the office has lost. The constant turnover creates instability and makes it difficult for patients, especially elderly patients to receive timely, consistent care. Disappointed, never get a call back when told someone will call within 24hours. Things that needed handled have not been taken care of and it’s been a year. I have multiple complaints with the care, transportation never showing up, and just the professionalism. I am very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone who really needs people to be on top of their care. Can not count on them.
