I am terminating my association with Oak Street Health. After three years, I have had three different Personal Care Physicians. And, when I have had an appointment, I have had to wait 30+ minutes after the time of my appointment before anyone saw me. This style of personal care makes it very difficult to build rapport with one physician. Also, when calling, I can never get the person with whom I wish to speak right away. I used to have an excellent primary care provider. Unfortunately she left Oak Street and they gave me a new one with no notice . The new Dr. seemed sort of rushed and was less concerned with my concerns. Maybe she was just overwhelmed having to take on a bunch of new patients.
