The new management is completely worthless and extremely rude. How are you supposed to pay your rent on time if no one's ever in the office and it's always locked? It'd be nice if we had Terry back!!! Or anyone else for that matter.....
We are very grateful for the Oak Ridge community and management staff! Terry is a wonderful person and will go above and beyond to help his residents! Billy is very friendly and personable! We live our home it's in a quiet area and We are happy to be apart of a great community!
I hate it when people use family members to get good reviews. Personally this could be a really great community, but every day I talk with so many residents that are not happy and looking to move. The person that sold me my home was a lady named Terri, she also managed. She was EXCELLENT, a people person. She knew her job well, and knew most of the people in the community liked her. I am in the process of trying to sell my home, or do a lease with option to buy.

The residents here are incredibly great to work with. I feel a mutual trust between us that Oak Ridge will again be the most affordable premiere housing in the City of Edmond!
I toured the place on feb 4, 2016. I was so impressed!! I mean really! Very clean and neat. It has a pool, basketball court, playground, 7 storm shelters and a dog park. I couldn't believe it! I've never been so impressed with a trailer park. Not even sure if that is the right title. Maybe community would be better. It seems to be a great neighborhood and great place to live.
