this place is one big joke!!!! 325.00 for a piece of junk property that the manager is never attending to it... and never at the office... that gates have been non working for years!!!! I advised everyone to stay away from this hell hole!! drug's are horrible in the park as well.... STAY AWAY DO YOU'RE SELF A BIG FAVOR!!! I PROMISE YOU WILL!!!!!! 💯 I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to live in this dump.... we will be pulling ours out ASAP!!!!! feel free to contact me for more info on this dump!!

Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Such a waste of time. The girls in the office Larah and Teila will ignore you. It disgusts me the way they have acted this past week, even after every time I’ve had to call, I’m apologizing to them for bugging them. I have since realized it is in the customer service worlds definition to not ignore a potential “customer”. We were treated like total crap.
This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. Upon submitting our application, we have had to call and email daily with no return calls. Multiple times I was told that I would receive a call back within a few minutes and two days later I’m having to call them just to get the run around and a “promise” for a phone call back. RecommendedLarah and Teila are really nice and will help you out the day we moved in to our trailer Teila helped me to put the house together and even made sure we was good. When you go into the office both ladies are always happy to see you and always ask if you need anything. If you are looking to move in a nice place you should come and look at Oak Ridge they have nice homes you can buy and not rent anymore

Lara's helped me and my fiancé in a difficult time. She helped as much as she could! She's also funny!
Seriously just don't do it, you'll be losing ALOT of money.
