Poor maintencr Changes in staffing . Poor building cleaning Old appliances are just fixed with other old parts.
Good Starter Apartment I moved into this apartment when I was a young 20 something and it's served me very well, centrally located lots of nice restaurants shops and businesses close by, love having washer and dryer in unit, package receiving at front office, and the living space is a good size. As with any apartment you have to deal with neighbor noise but management really does a good job in trying to keep that to a minimum. I also like my office nook and patio. Happy Camper Great size apartment for pricing and location. Update appliances and this apartment is the best investment. Off 696 and The Lodge water and ac included in rent. Did I mention there's a pool? Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.
