Miss Debra has been wonderful in helping me get into this new place! Patient, kind, helpful, and wants to help! I did have hoops to do first so the process for Simone coming in with some debt was longer and frustrating (personally) but she kept up with me and I got it all done and passed each step to move in! Went in the office today to ask questions about the property to see if I might be interested. When I walked in the door the lady turned to me and said, very rudely, ‘what do you want I’m real busy.’ No greeting, no manners whatsoever. Definitely won’t be back.
New management has been a nightmare since they took over the place. They took our DOG and put him down after a complaint about barking. City and law enforcement wouldn't do anything. unbelievable. Also, our AC went out and NO ONE would fix it.
