Had a very enjoyable meal at Oak Park on Mother's Day. It was our first time there but we were treated like family! A special thanks to the host for suggesting the patio! We loved it! And the food was fantastic. I had the Filet Mignon. It was the best steak I'v had in a very long time, thick, tender and juicy! My wife had the Salmon with bourbon sauce and fresh brocolli. She raved about both. And the Peach Sangrias were really good. we will be going back very soon!
We really enjoy going to oak park. My husband likes their steaks and I usually order the sea scallops or the special. Tried the seafood platter last weekend with lobster tail (cooked to perfection), grilled cajun tilapia, crab cakes and crispy shrimp. It was Amazing. So is the onion soup and fresh, real salads. Took home my cheesecake dessert and loved every bite!
Oak Park is our favorite place to eat. The food is fantastic and everyone is very friendly. They have the best Lake Perch anywhere...the best shrimp cocktail...wonderful steaks and really big and really good margaritas!
Always Been Our Favorite Place My husband and I have been going to Oak Park for a little over 20 yrs. when it comes to Birthdays and Anniversarys this is where we go unlike a chain resturant they cut there meat fresh a couple times a week you could almost cut your fielt with a fork it is so tender and their seafood is always the best biggest scallops I ever seen...Then there's the owners almost always there to greet you with a smile and and a big Thank you on the way out..servers have always been kind and enjoyable and the p... read more
Oak Park...AWESOME We love going to Oak Park...especially on Tuesdays when they have their 2 for $22.Two of us can get a meal with a side AND soup and salad are included in the price! Now thats a deal...the only heartattack i would have from my bill would be from not being charged ENOUGH. I couldn't even go to the store and get a 3 course meal for $22. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!
Another great meal We cant say enough good about Oak Park Tavern. They offer great service and food. I'v never had a bad meal there. We go for the perch but also enjoy the primerib and good drinks. Its comfortable and friendly and not that expensive. Much better than any chain restaurant.
Help! My food is still frozen Really trying to find a good dinner locally and this place just blends in with all the other bad meals. If you like still frozen on the inside and over priced spirits well come on in for frostbite and a heart attack when you get the bill.
Great place for any kind of food! I love this place. Their Lake Erie perch is wonderful and since adding the outside deck, it's nice to sit out there in good weather. A lot of food for the price.
Try the fish! Perch dinner is outstanding. A short drive from Mansfield but well worth the trip!!
