This is the most unprofessional and unorganized office I have ever dealt with before! The front desk is rude and the physician followed suite by automatically believing the bold lies that her staff said. Beware of this place I would not recommend them to examine a tree! I am a well seasoned physician-scientist trust me I know how things are supposed to go!!!!! As long as you have an active credit card & don't mind them charging you the moment they have an issue with your insurance, then this is the place for you. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the way this office has handled a recent change in our insurance. Instead of giving us a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issues we are currently having with COBRA, (it has been less than 5 business days since their office first contacted us about a problem), they have charged our credit card in full for a well visi... read more
Oak Park Pediatrics have been extremely helpful to our family during a recent illness. Their walk in hours allowed us to get in and have our two kids seen at the same time with no delay or rush by Dr. Taback. When a return visit was needed a couple days later (on a Saturday), after calling they squeezed me in without an appointment to ensure my daughter received the care she needed. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable! The doctors are amazing and my 2 year old doesn't mind going (big win for us). Practice just introduced MyChart patient portal which makes it easy to get my daughter's medical information and message her doctor.
The doctors here are great! However the front desk staff is super unprofessional, and rude! I returned a phone call since I missed it when they called me and no voicemail was left. I called and mentioned I was just returning a phone call and nobody knew anything about it and are passing the phone call back and forth and at the end say in the rudest way "well I don't know who called you, I was just told by the other receptionist you were asking to confirm an appointment and that's what I'm doing!"
