I like Dr Zybak she’s a good and experienced dentist. Other than telling me about the health of my teeth . The problem i have with is the front desk. She was so inconsiderate! I lost my son very unexpectedly 2 months ago and I have had brain fog ever since forgetting appts etc. and said nothing in return not that I was expecting anything , but maybe some kind of response .she called me yesterday but I got confused with a lady I work for she has a appt today at 10. Clean, friendly and great service
I visited Dr. Zybak’s office with dental anxiety, which I informed them about in advance. The hygienist was kind, and my cleaning went smoothly. However, when Dr. Zybak reviewed my x-rays, she interrogated me about my teeth, ignoring the fact that I have acid reflux, which the hygienist had to explain on my behalf. She claimed I had 8 cavities that needed to be filled. When I returned to get two fillings, I needed a moment to calm down. Do not let Dr Zybak near your mouth unless you want to be shamed for the health of your teeth and pay for unneeded work.
My experience is always pleasant. Dr. Zybek is a diamond, she is wonderful, professional and she really knows her stuff. From the time u enter the office u always feel welcome. Everyone there is professional and kind. I give Dr. Zybek a 10 she is that good. Trust me, u won't b disappointed!
