Have to say this bakery makes a really delicious cake. I custom ordered a carrot cake for my husbands birthday on short notice. The cake was delightful a little spicy with nice visible, carrots, raisins and walnuts. The cake was moist and the flavor balance was there on the first bite with a light frosting. I want to say how wonderful they truly are they made my daughter’s day with her peppa pig cake it was so moist and delicious!! I grew up on the Southside of chicago and Weber‘s bakery on archer and Harlem was the bakery to go to but my step daughter Autumn told me to give them a try and I did and I can’t say enough about them they will continue to receive my service for all my family members birthday cakes in the future they outdid themselves!
