Beautiful Beautiful apartments. The apartments are big inside, I was very excited about the 2 car garage. Management is amazing... Carol and Juliette are very helpful and very nice. The maintenance guys are amazing as well. You will love it here.
The supervisor Carol doesn’t care to fix anything. I don’t understand how Winnco thinks there hasn’t been any major maintenance needs. I’ve been here 5 years my freezer doesn’t work maintenance knows about it and won’t fix it probably because Carol won’t ok it. This site won’t let me respond to Carol response. However that is the issue It seems to be nobody over Carol’s head if I have a complaint about Carol why is she responding? I have direct conflict with her!
