Terrible management. Assured me I had a place to move in to, showed me my apartment, week of changed their mind and manager was rude about it. After calling and showing up for 5 days general manager proceeded to raise her voice at me in front of my kids about how I didn’t pay a deposit even though I never received an opportunity to tho I was promised I would.
Grew up in the area those kids grow up to be some pretty Kool well behaved adults.
Land lord Jessica does not fix things , my sister and her kids have been staying there , letting them have mold , and doing temporary fix , the ceiling is falling down literally and they say “ it’s the neighbors fault . “ they don’t care , and prices change every month . My sister stay down stairs and rain come in & they put a temporary mold. Bathroom has flooded 3 times this week and they have yet to come fix it .
Been here for 3 years love this apartment it’s comfortable for me and my 2 children it’s very spacious and warming. Mrs. Jessica does her best to make sure her residents are well taken care of.
