I write this review after trying to drive engagement with Oak, post paying the $5000 deposit. The engagement was sparodic, very delayed in responses and drawings did not take on any feedback. The drawing process is slow and really why wouldn't you consider any volume builder considering the cost that is required to initially engage. The timelines with other builders seem to be well thought through and I would suggest shopping around before committing to Oak.
