The rent is cheap here, but my apartment was NOT move-in ready. The sheet rock around my bedroom ceiling fan was exposed so I tried to texture the area myself. Victor, the maintenance man for Greystone Properties, told me it looked "horrible." Well, he should have done his job by having my apt ready when I moved in.
