I'm currently a resident at Oak Knoll and when I tell you disappointed is an understatement. For example, right now as matter of fact on Feb.13 2025 at 4:36p.m. my light for assistance has been on for a little over 2 and 1/2 hours. Still no one has come to my room to see what it is I need. I've gotten into several arguments with several staff members because they feel entitled to speak to residents any type of way and I'm NOT going let anyone disrespect me. All isn't as it appears to be in this facility I've had to deal with some of the most Disrespectful unethical emoral people on the planet I am no longer in Oak Knoll Rehabilitation they did assist me with finding a place to live for that ny sincere thanks go out to them
I interviewed at this facility and was offered a job on the spot but over a month later I still had not been scheduled for any type of orientation. Every time I called they just put me off. No one could really tell me anything. I completed all of their required onboarding stuff but never was given a start date or anything. I called one last time over six weeks later and I told them that I was disappointed in the response I had gotten from them. I drove to Oak Knoll to see my mother, I stay out of town. I called there first. The lady at the front desk was very rude and nasty to me. If she talked to me rude and nasty. I just can't imagine how she treats the elderly. While there visiting my mom 10min.someone comes in the room and asks me how much longer was I going to be there.Wow. Because she needed to bath her and the other lady in the room. Wow I'm going to try to find another place for my mother.
