The hallway smells like urine there is no where to sit when you visit your family unless they’re in a wheelchair and you have to take them out on the porch. If you come after 6 to visit the front door is locked and it takes 30 minutes before someone comes to unlock the door. The color is depressing and everything is plain. Was moved from UAB hospital to OAK Knoll on a Friday night at around 8pm. My room was so tiny not enough room for anything, I had a roommate she was very nice lady but she told me alot about her stay there and the situation of the establishment. I am on oxygen 24/7 I have to have my 02 bumped up during activities such as going to the restroom and other things.
