This year has been the most difficult and challenging experience I’ve had with Oak Hollow in the five years I’ve lived here. Issues have arisen across multiple areas, including leasing, maintenance, and interactions with the community manager. Unfortunately, concerns regarding her conduct and combative behavior have been repeatedly raised, but they appear to have been dismissed by her supervisors without action, and residents feel dismissed and unheard.
