Lastnight i dropped my wallet in the sewer and tried everything to get it out but this morning i seen a maintenance man and told him about my problem and he solved it and solved it quick, and that maintenance man was Mr.Tillman and i really appreciate his hard work he was so kind and helpful
Oak Hill maintenance has been very successful and what they're doing much appreciated...
If I could give no star I would , one of the worst place I’ve been stayed maintenance awful bad they don’t even have maintenance request for fixing almost every 2 days they not cooming to fix orr nothing stay away of this place bad bad
I could not recommend not living somewhere more maintenance and overall staff at Oakhill is unhelpful. Nobody answers phones during business hours. I’m not sure if they just don’t take their job seriously or if they just don’t care about their residence.
Terrible place to live as I lived here for 7 years after having my son moved in as a family with his father. When moving here I wasn't doing well financially so my car was uninspected and I was told with my 3month old son at the time I couldnt park on property or my car would be towed I had to park 2 blocks away to come home somedays. I then was told about a year into living here I had to take my son's dad off the lease and put him on the no trust pass list or face eviction.
