I honestly think these people are gouging people for application fees and denying them even with reasonable credit and plenty of income. This has happened to 3 different people I know. I think somone should get a lawyer involved and investigate if this is the case. That's not right to do to people. If you're lured in by the cheap price and decent location just be aware you might end up wasting $100 on application fees that just get denied anyway. Scam. Horrible business company Over charge for things they get at whole sale prices Don’t keep get records of paperwork Manager is not a good manager and very unprofessional demeanor.
I’ve lived here since 2014. First time in a smaller studio apartment. Currently live in a 2 bedroom now. Never had any issues with the apartment itself, managers or workers, or maintenance.
