I love it
Gross old moldy apartments that they're going to fix up for cheap to turn into student housing
All the buildings at oak hill apartments have been without gas, hot water, and heat for 2 weeks. The maintenance team and leasing office are not responsive at all but they expect my rent every month. Today 10/17/2021 they email us and tell us to evacuate. With no other instructions. No plan on where we should stay until the issues are resolved
Would give no stars if possible. Glad I dodged this one. Went to see the place and it looked nothing like the photos, it was disgusting. They shouldn't have even showed it in that condition to be honest.
