Tammy Stewart, the manager of the complex was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude; she hung up the phone on me. When I called back she refused to provide supervisor information. Eventually she provided Regional supervisor email information when we informed her she was obligated to do so and that she was on a record line.
DO NOT RENT!!!! These people took my money & after I signed a lease, told me I was no longer qualified. These people were so nasty to me that they would block my calls!!! Sorry as hell!!!
I stayed here for a whole year and when my lease ran up they told me I had to give a 60 day notice . They then proceeded to charge me 200 more dollars a month for rent for the next 2 months these people are only in it for the money. Nothing is took care of the pool is never clean enough to swim in and all the staff is very short and non caring about all residents. Save yourself and never stay with arch+vine
This place was awful to live in. First make sure you leave a paper trail because they will use that against you. I put in a maintenance request every week for pest control and asked for a weekly pest control service that they never put in. Management response was, well you didn’t email us. Also, as I was moving out because I couldn’t take the bugs and maintenance issues anymore. I noticed mold behind my washer and dryer and bookshelf. I recently moved in to Arch and Vine and have had a wonderful experience. The management went above and beyond to get me into a beautiful apartment on short notice and have been nothing but helpful since. Maintenance works very hard to keep the units working well and to respond in a timely fashion.
