I have had a great experience with Dr. Zimmerman. She's very kind and her treatment has helped me tremendously.
I contacted Dr. Zimmerman on her day off to tell her I had a suicidal family member with me and asked her for her help. She saw her within an hour, and talked with her for over an hour and prescribed medication. My family member is doing well now and I am so thankful for Dr. Zimmerman. She is so kind and compassionate and gave her the medication she needed. Thank you so much and I pray God will bless you for your excellent work!
I have been with Kim Z since she first opened and actually before she opened Oak Haven. Therapy is a two way street. A person has to take 100% accountability for their own life circumstances before they can ever be handled. A mental health practitioner like Kim can only help balance out the internal human chemistry and guide on the appropriate next steps but AGAIN it requires effort to want to help yourself before any medical or talk therapy will ever benefit anyone.
