History Established in 1996. In 1996, The Wildlands Conservancy saved southern California's largest historic apple ranch, Los Rios Rancho, from residential subdivision. The farm, surrounded by Oak Glen Preserve, is leased to third and fourth generation Oak Glen apple growers. Riley's Frontier Events continues the property's rich tradition of apple growing and historic entertainment.

Took my kids on a hike a couple of weeks ago. It was breathtaking! They had so much fun and keep begging me to take them back!
Beautiful preserve and nice trails to wonder on. Wild life is there and lots of birds to watch. I will definitely go again!

My cousin Sherri and I absolutely loved every part of the Oak Glen Preserve trail. Loved the diversity and beauty of each section. There are lakes and ponds with ducks and frogs, creeks running along the trails, many oaks and pine trees. There are so many photographic areas throughout. A fun and beautiful trail.
It was a beautiful hike up to Preservation Point. The trail was detailed with the name of plants and trees.
Amazing, walking, hiking on my birthday WT my family....And enjoyed the nature N the amazing apples pies and desserts.Mmmmm, I can't wait to go back when the apples R ready and the festivities they have thru the year....Thanks.

My family loves visiting this preserve. I've been taking my adult children here since they were little and it just keeps getting better. Always clean and maintained. I have a younger child that I now bring here with the older ones and he loves it as well. It's a great place to appreciate nature and spend a beautiful day outdoors together.
It's a cool place to get out and take the young ones for a lil bit of outside adventure
