History Established in 1996. In 1996, The Wildlands Conservancy saved southern California's largest historic apple ranch, Los Rios Rancho, from residential subdivision. The farm, surrounded by Oak Glen Preserve, is leased to third and fourth generation Oak Glen apple growers. Riley's Frontier Events continues the property's rich tradition of apple growing and historic entertainment.

We had a lovely walk around just part of the gardens, since we got there about an hour before close. Favorites were seeing the tadpoles and looking at the fish in the lake from the floating dock. We are looking forward to going back often!
Beautiful place to visit, great job in preserving the land and wildlife
