Well my husband has sent several arrangements from you for the last 5 or more years & I called to set an appointment to look at flowers for my daughters wedding July 9th. Our appointment was today at 11:00 I even call to reaffirm our appointment at 9:30 & we get there we are sat at a table with bridal books & given a bell to ring if we had any questions! WHO DOES THAT? O yah, then we were told our sales person wouldn't be there for a 1/2 hour! **WOW very bad service!

My son is in boot camp and asked that we send a beautiful bouquet to his girlfriend on her birthday since he couldn't do it himself. Shopped on ftd site 3 days before her birthday and found the perfect one! Immediately Called our local florist to handle the ordering & delivery in Lincoln. Oak Creek Plants & Flowers got the order. The flowers were NOT delivered on her bday and the bouquet didn't even look like the 'good' version online let alone the 'best' option we wanted. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED. My wife was supposed to receive flowers from this florist today, I called over my lunch at 2 and was told they were out for delivery and that everything was fine. Both my wife and myself then receive phone calls, and without even a chance to respond are told that they "attempted to deleiver" and my wife refused to answer her phone and that she did not answer the door.
