We took out our shih tzu there for about 2 Years. The grooming was okay but sometimes I felt like it was just rushed and the job wasn’t great. Once her nail didn’t look very well after we picked her up (we weren’t informed about any issues) and another time she came out with some sort or leg pain. We couldn’t tell if the leg pain was random or caused at the groomers but it worried us. Luckily she was fine. Still not 100% convinced this is the place for us. We now go somewhere else
Oak Clips is awesome! I was in town from Houston and looking for a place to groom my miniature schnauzer, Romo. The people were very friendly and listened to instruction about the cut I wanted. When I arrived to pick him up he looked fabulously and meticulously groomed! Very pleased with the service and the price. We will definitely visit again! Thank you for a positive experience! I haven't shopped here frequently in the past. I'm not sure why, just used to my usual pet shop. I discovered recently they carry the dog and cat food I purchase usually found at exclusive shops and small businesses. The website mentions selling hand crafted items by small local business owners. They do have uniquely decorative dog houses and I purchased an amazing style and quality cat perch/tree at a very reasonable price. It does give the shop a cozy and small community appeal. It was our first time visiting Oak Clips (Greenville Ave) and it won't be our last. They did a excellent job grooming our little one. Their price for the service was more than fair, and customer service was very friendly.
