not when you don't take responsibility after cutting a dog while grooming - owner of dog had to take to vet which was so bad it required stiches!! lesson learned... if you injure someone else's pet in your care TAKE RESPONSIBILITY & keep your business otherwise find as new line of work!!
Don’t take your dog there!!! Well, that’s if you love your pet! Took my daughter’s dog and ended up at the vets office getting stitches because they cut him that bad!! They showed no sympathy and were unwilling to reimburse my daughter at least something for the vet bill. They caused the injury but they stated “ we can’t reimburse you, we have bills to pay!”

I took my lab in last week, he looked pretty good when i picked him up but when we got home realized he had several nicks and cuts all over his back - at least 20. i’m treating them and keeping clean to avoid infection and overall pretty disappointed � poor pup
Greenville location has terrible customer service!!! Had tried them one time prior to this and they agreed to special requests which today I was told they would never do...pretty sure last visit they just weren't honest about my requests. Set up an appointment with the receptionist who gave us a time to be there on Sunday and agreed to our requests and when arrived the same girl (who wouldn't provide her name) said she didn't agree to any of the requests and could have cared less to identify a solution or an alternative time... read more
So sad.... today was going to be our first time because this place came recommended but they didn’t accept us. They told me since he had shots the day before, he could not be seen. I had told the lady when I scheduled the appointment that he was having shots the day before, why didn’t they tell me then. Sad I drove all the way over there and got a horrible first impression. They lost my business now and my dog is now not groomed.
Shout out to the Greenville Ave location for giving me a bandana to dress up my foster doodle who is hoping to meet his furrever family today! They always do a great job making my own mutt look handsome so they were my first stop this morning as I worked to get Louie dressed to impress! Thanks again and Rocket will be in for his regular mani/pedi soon!
