6 months after my last review…same complaint. No “dear,” it’s “Miss (first name)” now. I really don’t like that, feel like a banjo is going to start playing. Plus first thing in, a confrontational “joke” from another client who had to comment about me taking the candy the office put out. Ugh. Did like the different doctor I got, however.
Everything went great with my dental care experience, friendly staff, timely care and overall professional processes. Thanks again!
Roger is an excellent hygienist. He is professional and very thorough. The best I've ever seen. I drive 45 miles to see him and will continue as long as he's there.
I cracked my molar all the way to the root and it was necessary to have it extracted. The dentist was patient and kind. He made sure my gums were completely numb and took his time working the tooth loose. I didn’t even know when he pulled it out. I recommend this dentist.
