The owner, Galal, goes above and beyond to give good customer service. What a refreshing change from the corporate pharmacies at Costco or at Metro, where the service is impersonal and there's always a long line up. When I told Galal how much Costco charged me for a certain prescription, he said he would match or beat that price. And, indeed, he did. I bought a prescription medication here, which was sold to me in a plastic bottle which doesn't lock properly.The cap came open inside my shopping bag on the very same day. I called the pharmacy immediately to report the issue and request a replacement, as the loose tablets were contaminated.When I arrived the next morning, the pharmacist was completely unhelpful and showed a shocking lack of understanding regarding basic hygiene and medication safety. I loved working with the pharmacy team, they were prompt, called with instructions, provided me with the tools I needed for my prescription and went out of their way to make sure I could find affordable options. Thank you so much

Very friendly service, family locally owned. I used to use Shoppers Drug Mart but this pharmacy is hands down my favourite.
