Bad parking lot area, rough parking lot to drive in, especially in bad weather. Building number sign number one is very hard and confusing to find. Makes it very hard to get around the small, tight, very compact parking lot. Bad experience.
5 star experience! Our team stopped by this property today and got to speak with Jess. She was so welcoming and very helpful. We had such a pleasant time stopping by!

I’ve lived here over the past year and it’s been great. Management gets back to you quickly with questions & maintenance issues are addressed within the same or next couple of days. I feel safe in the neighborhood. Super reasonable prices for the space and storage in the units.
I found this place and couldn't believe it; great location, great aesthetic, kinda secluded, but close to almost everything, all at a very fair price. Karla is amazing - professional, approachable, dependable, straight-forward. Definitely gonna renew my lease. I'm team Oak Bend with Karla for sure!!
