Reception was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I called and tried to book an appointment through the phone, but lines were busy. I specifically stayed on the line as it said to if one had any further questions. When I finally got a hold of reception, she was extremely rude and asked why I stayed on the line if I didn't have an appointment or family doctor there.
