This is an exceptional & remarkable place. From the kind & professional Director of Operations, to the lovely concierge’s, pool attendants & every type of staff we got outstanding customer service. My favourite part was the gorgeous mineral pools, hot tubs & saunas. Everything is the perfect temp & pristinely clean. My experience at the Oak Bay Beach Hotel spa was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, polished, and genuinely attentive. Every staff member made me feel welcomed and cared for, and you can tell they take pride in creating a truly elevated experience.
