Such a scam. Appointments are impossible to get, and when I finally got in, I asked about my skin discoloration and a wart on my foot. The doctor basically told me it was “probably eczema” and to “just put lotion on it.” They froze one wart and that was it. After they ran my insurance, I had an $80 copay which already felt like a lot for the level of care I got and then later I got hit with an additional $103 bill. Didn’t I already pay for this service? If it wasn’t for the receptionist, Aliyah, Dr. Sasaki would be go to dermatologist. Aliyah treated me really bad that I will never step foot back in that office despite of Dr. Sasaki’s EXCELLENT care. She literally was bad mouthing me infront of everyone in the office to her colleague. When you go into the office there is a glass wall and she thinks it’s sound proof.
