I went into this establishment on 8/23/25 to buy some of their 100% human hair that they sell for quick weaves and turns out the hair was mixed with synthetic hair. I went to get my hair done for my birthday and spent $250 to get it done, just for her to start flat ironing my hair and it started melting onto the flat iron and she refused to continue doing my hair. Great customer service, horrible business practices! I recently purchased 4 bundles of hair and they are cutting the bundles in half to make it appear as a full bundle. I’ve been purchasing hair for a very long time and know what a full bundle of 16 inches look and feels like. They did the same with the 18 inches I purchased. I took a video but Google doesn’t allow videos but you can see in the photo that it’s cut in half but is missing some weft for 16 inches.
