Some staff need serious training in privacy. I went in the funeral home to request documents for my father. Only to find out weeks later Kristina Pye informed someone who has nothing to do with my fathers business I was there. Please don't take your loved one here because if they breach privacy for one person they will do it again! Very unprofessional! I am very dissatisfied! It is hard enough to lose a loved one. My fathers viewing was Thursday the place was so packed with other people viewing you could not walk anywhere. Friday was my father funeral they called a half hour before they were supposed to pick us up to tell us the church had no power we changed churches we made it to the cemetery where we found out we couldn’t see being buried because the cars couldn’t make it. To pay all that money for everything to change.
I wanted to take the time to let the staff of O' Pye Funeral Home and a special Thank you to Kelly Hall, Director of this find facility.
