Recommendedjust want to thank Terry for helping my family with one of the hardest things we have had to do . Bury our mother. He help as get her from another funeral home that held up our process and got the ball rolling. So professional and caring. He got everything going as soon as I met with him. Pye help with accommodation with our large family during this covid pandamic
My experience at the funeral home on the business Ian was terrible. My father was laid to rest on January 25. I was told that it would take for five business days for his insurance money to come through. But on the fourth day I received a phone call saying that the insurance money wasn’t available and I need to pay for my father‘s funeral out of my pocket. Which I did on the fourth day. My mom's funeral was Saturday, June 06th, and her obituary was never posted on the website... I don't understand why she wasn't listed. Family and friends didn't know any information about her visitation due to this major oversight. With the major changes for funeral services due to the COVID-19 virus it would have been helpful for family and friends to know if/when they could view her body.
Family values and services are extremely important to us at a time like this
