Very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service.
I have had both knees replaced (5 yrs apart) by Dr. Taunton and he is an excellent doctor. I had no problems either time. Both my knees are in great shape now. I highly recommend him.

Dr Taunton is brilliant at hips. I had a previous hip replacement 4 years ago by another surgeon … it was a terrible experience. I was afraid to tackle having the other hip replaced but it became a necessity. I’m so happy I chose Dr Taunton. It was a completely different experience and I suffered none of the pain and difficulty as the first replacement. Have your questions written down … he’s in demand and his schedule is very tight. But if you can get in and have the time to be patient for surgery - he’s awesome.
He was though and understanding. Listened carefully and explained in detail the prognosis.
I like the care Dr Tauton provides. Front desk, X-ray, checkout we’re all more than friendly today. My only complaint is the time waiting to see the doctor.
The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Taunton spent all the time I needed without rushing through the visit.
