The O-BAR-O Cabins, situated on the Florida River, has all of this and more. Located just outside Durango, we're a stone's throw from the national forest, two large lakes, and horse trail rides. Plus we have the best trout fishing you'll find in these parts.

We just returned from celebrating 15 years married and our stay at O-bar-o could not have been more perfect. We did not want for a single thing in 6 days...the owners have thought of everything needed inside the cabins. Even our fur baby was spoiled with treats and toys upon arrival! The absolute worst part was that we had to leave! With a heavy heart and tears in my eyes, I vowed that we will return as often as possible to this truly magical place.

Very well appointed "home away from home." We loved sitting on the deck in the early morning and in the evening, listening to the sound of the Florida River just steps away. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely return!

From the warm cookie welcome to the gift bag good bye we were at home here. I have yet to find a more restful vacation spot. Can't wait to visit again!
