Places like these are the reason why there were more COVID-19 cases in NYC than anywhere else. Overcrowded beyond reality, hundreds if not thousands of patients stacked on top of eachother screaming in pain while employees ignore them. Tests, as well as procedures that should take minutes take days. Better off dying in the comfort of your own bedroom than going to an emergency room like this.

Senseless waiting and billing. No, thanks! They only gave me an aspirin and a cup of water at the ER since I sprained a muscle. They sent me home. Now they are asking me for 1K! I had to wait for four hours in there, too. What's the cost of aspirin and plain water? Not even 2 bucks, right?! Please stay away from this hospital!

They administered KETAMINE to me when I hit my head on the concrete, crying in the hospital with my head gushing blood. The side effects almost FATAL, I told eveyone, no one did NOTHING. Told the nurse my body HURTS, didn't even know my elbows were skinned to the white meat and knees, told the nurse and she was nasty to me. I told the Dr escort her out. You give someone Ketamine because I'm crying in pain and that there's blood pouring down my head? It was one of the worse experiences in my life, side effects and all.

Hiring bi-lingual staff who, actually are. Hiring nurses who you don't have to yell at to get service, and aren't rude and inconi-siderate. If you can't do that then just shutdown.

I just retired from working there for over 40 plus years. It is a great place to work and to be taken care of if you’re sick .

I don't like the service. The Dr Salame seems to be good but the staff terrible. My insurence is paying and so do I.
