It's a horrible hospital ! my mother was admitted after she had knee replacement surgery. As I came for a visit I realized she had her tray of food untouched and no 1 woke her to let her know the food came. As I rested my keys on the tray to escort her to the bathroom they took the tray without even asking if she was done. Long story short they claimed that they threw my house ,job and car keys down the incinerator and that was my problem for not having an extra copy. RecommendedI was admitted to NYU Lutheran on 1/22 and discharged 2/1. I want to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the staff of the E/R, the 4th and 5th floors, the Post-Op and Recovery Room staff, and Dr. Michael Timoney, who I strongly believe saved my life. Their professionalism and compassion helped me through a very rough patch. I am now on the road to recovery, and for this, I will forever be grateful.
This hospital is joke very few people here actually like the jobs there doing and seem like the others are just here for a paycheck. I thought after NYU got involved things would get better but i thought wrong.
