I really enjoyed my stay at The Loom Hotel. The space was quiet, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The customer service was great, and I had a very good dining experience at the restaurant. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was still a wonderful experience. The hotel is also conveniently located near a mall and various shops, which made everything very accessible.

I’m currently staying here and have had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere has been warm and welcoming. I especially want to recognize the front desk staff member working the night shift today. Because of the blizzard, she has had to remain at the hotel for multiple days to ensure guests are taken care of, yet she has continued to be kind, professional, and incredibly helpful despite the circumstances. This is a Tapestry hotel by Hilton. It is set in a historic textile mill. Very well done - perfect for people like us where “it is about the hotel”! The service was wonderful - the only drawback is the parking. Hard to navigate - across the street and a limited unloading area. We arrived in the dark - it was a challenge! The restaurant is excellent. We plan to stay here again.
