I can get free coffee at a motel 6 but not at a Hilton. Never again
Extremely Poor Check-in Experience & Unjustified Deposit Charge I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience staying at this hotel. We made a reservation through a third-party platform (Vio), and upon arrival at around 7 PM, the front desk staff could not locate our reservation at all. Instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, we were simply left waiting and told to contact Vio ourselves.
