My experience with Jakob was great. He was very responsive, communication was great, and the dealership was professional and easy to work with. My total experience, which was a purchase on line, was seemless. Great buying experience all around.

I wasn’t pleased with the unprofessionalism from one of their sale consultants. I won’t say his name though. I felt like I was being pushed to the side instead of being helped. And when I reached out to a General Manager per email, they allowed the sales consultant to respond to me from their personal email address. I thought this was very tacky. If I reach out to the manager then I expect to talk to the manger. And even if the manager did not want to speak to me then I felt he should have had his sales consultant respond to... read more
