Our electric vehicle needed a software update so we called. They said we could drop it off Friday and their ev tech could have it fixed on Saturday. on Saturday They called us to let us know that it had a lot of codes that they didn’t understand and they in fact did not have an EV technician there until Wednesday. We decided we would rather come pick it up and bring it somewhere else and they told us it did not run anymore after a whole bunch of phone calls and crap. They finally realized it did run.
