Emergency Front desk people was so rude and unprofessional no respect at all
Receptionists need some training- immediately answer the phone with attitude, insanely combative. I'm a healthcare professional myself and calling to hear about a family member getting treatment here (keeping mind HIPPA) but being talked down to and hung up on abruptly is absolutely insane. If you don't like talking to people don't work in healthcare, and definitely don't be the one answering the phone for people with concerns.
The nurses are being rude and my bestfriend pregnant they doing bloodwork and everything while being in a waiting room with sick people it’s horrible
