This hospital is NOT HELP. If you are truly concerned about your wellbeing, I highly recommend a different institution. The nurses are all incompetent and provide a variety of excuses for why medications are not given on time. The nurses will make comments such as “you are acting weird, annoying and bizarre”. The doctors and practitioners will defend their lackluster performance by sedating patients and never providing medical information sheets when requested. Emergency Front desk people was so rude and unprofessional no respect at all
Receptionists need some training- immediately answer the phone with attitude, insanely combative. I'm a healthcare professional myself and calling to hear about a family member getting treatment here (keeping mind HIPPA) but being talked down to and hung up on abruptly is absolutely insane. If you don't like talking to people don't work in healthcare, and definitely don't be the one answering the phone for people with concerns.
